The section of O’Connor Street that has been under construction will reopen mid-day Thursday. The road will be available for the afternoon peak period. O’Connor Street has been closed between Laurier Avenue and Somerset Street since January 22 to allow crews from Bell to reconstruct manholes. The work was scheduled for completion on Friday, March 2.
