Join the City of Ottawa, in collaboration with post-secondary institutions and community partners, for the “Ottawa Welcome Event for International Students” – developing positive experiences with international students and the Ottawa community. The event is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, along with the platinum event sponsor, the Royal Bank of Canada.
Date: Saturday, March 3, 2018
Time: 1 p.m. – Welcoming remarks
Place: Ottawa City Hall, Jean Pigott Hall
Parking: Available in parking lot on site
Attire: Business casual
Up to 400 attendees are expected and the event will run until 4:30 p.m. An “after-hours” social event for Francophone International Students will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The event features workshops, an information fair, as well as entertainment.
