THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 10TH
Uniform is pleased to announce the release of new
townhomes, brownstones and 42’ + 47’ single-family home lots
at Richardson Ridge.
NO NEED TO WAIT IN LINE!
Where: 100 Grand Manan Circle
When: Saturday, March 10
Time: 12:00 PM (doors will open) – 1:30 PM (doors will lock)
On Saturday, March 10th at 12:00 PM, Uniform will open the doors to our Sales Centre at 100 Grand Manan Circle. Between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM we will be collecting names (one name per group/family) and putting them into a box to be drawn at random.
At 1:30 PM – the sales centre doors will close and we will no longer be accepting names into the draw nor letting people inside.
Uniform will then randomly draw 20 names. The same sequence in which names are drawn will be used to secure a reservation and set up appointments to sign an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for one of our new available lots. Names drawn for this release are not transferable to a later release.
*Please note: Failure to respect the “one name per group/family” rule will forfeit you from the draw. Failure to be inside the sales centre before 1:30 PM will forfeit you from the draw.
