It’s mostly cloudy and -4 C in Ottawa, expect green-hatted crowds at today’s St. Patrick’s parade.

There’s a 60 per cent chance of flurries this afternoon and winds will pick up in late morning, gusting as high as 40 kilometres an hour, says Environment Canada.

Sunday is looking cloudy as well with a high of 2 C and a low of -6 C.

Expect more of the same next week, with forecast highs on Monday and Tuesday just above zero and flurries on Tuesday, says Environment Canada.

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward tonight (alternatively: do nothing because your smart devices will do it for you) Daylight Saving Time starts tomorrow.

This year, on Sunday, March 11 at 2 a.m., clocks are turned forward by one hour. Which means Sunday evening will have an extra hour of daylight. Come on Spring!
