Job Title: Senior Database Engineer/Programmer
Permanent full time, or Contract
Language: English only, others would be an asset
Education: Post Secondary degree in a related field and minimum 5 years
experience in software engineering.
Skills and Abilities: In depth expertise and experience required in
client/server database architecture and high level design. Ability to develop
and program ADO drivers and database servers for use by Windows
applications.Requirements
MUST HAVE 5 years experience in C/C++ and VB development.
1.5 years experience in C# and .NET development and design with a focus on architecture.
Other Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft source-safe and project
management techniques and philosophies.
The successful applicant will be self reliant, driven to know how "it"
really works behind the scenes, and recognized for creative, elegant
solutions that go beyond the "accepted way" to do the job better. In short,
