The family of a man missing for six days has reason to fear for his safety, the Sûreté du Québec said Wednesday.

Cédrick Séguin, 25, went missing on March 23 in Saint-André-Avellin, a community about 15 minutes from Montebello. He was last seen in Saint-Constant, near Montreal, leaving a motel.

He is described as white with brown hair and brown eyes. He is six feet tall and weighs 240 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black felt coat with jeans and brown boots.

Anyone who sees him should call 911, police say. Anyone with information that could be useful to investigators should call Quebec provincial police at 1-800-659-4264.
