Firefighters extinguished a multi-level three-alarm blaze at a high-rise condo under construction on Champagne Avenue South in Little Italy, Ottawa police said Monday.
Fire said the flames on all floors had been doused around 12:45 p.m. Secondary searches were underway.
Police warned motorists and pedestrians of road closures on Champagne from Carling Avenue to Young Street and on Beech Street from Loretta Avenue to Railway Street.
