Investigators have concluded that a fire in a Bonnechere Valley Township trailer wasn’t suspicious but the 43-year-old man who was helicoptered from the scene remained in critical condition Tuesday, OPP report.
Officers with the Killaloe detachment were among first responders called to the home on Highway 41 early Friday.
A resident who had suffered critical burns was taken to hospital by Ornge air rescue as investigators from the Office of the Fire Marshal were dispatched to the scene about 150 km west of Ottawa.
