The next few days are full-on summer with sunny skies and soon-to-be scorching highs but we may be in for some wet weekend weather.

Tuesday’s forecast is for sunshine, a high of 26 C with a UV index of 8 or very high and a low of 11 C.

Wednesday is sunny with a high of 30 C that will feel more like 36, a UV index of 9 and a low of 17 C.

A few clouds creep in for Thursday with mixed skies, a high of 28 C and a low of 18 C.

Friday’s forecast is for a mix of sun and cloud, a 40 per cent chance of showers and a high of 24 C.

The risk of rain rises to 60 per cent overnight with a low of 16 C.

Saturday’s outlook is cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers both during the day and overnight, a high of 22 C and a low of 14 C.

For Sunday, expect a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 22 C then a 60 per cent chance of rain overnight and a low of 13 C.

Monday’s forecast is for a 60 per cent chance of showers and a high of 21 C.
