有同学最近续签STUDY PERMIT被拒。而她的VISA也已经过期了。移民局勒令她要立刻离境。但她是OU的正式学生，学期正进行到一半。请问大家，这种情况还能留下吗？有什么好的建议？谢谢大家！！！

Why was she refused by Immigrantion officer while she is in school OU student?

no of course not. why should Immigration of Canada send her back if she didn't do anything illegal? Better check with school, they sure can help, maybe your friend is having missing documents or anything.

但是她的STUDY PERMIT和VISA都过期了，她应该已经算是非法居留了。

当你已经在加拿大后， VISA就不在有用了，除非你想再次入境。
关键是 STUDY PERMIT。

大姐,应该先去续签STUDY PERMIT好不好?是钉在你护照上面的那张纸.

Please go to the international student office to get help. Please call Zheng Anderson to sort out potential legal problems.

Please do your best to remain legal. If you have to leave for a short while, leave and come back later. A legal status is very very important. The system is pretty much an honour system. If you got caught illegal, the system would punish you every step of the way later -- landing, finding work, etc.
