The last day of spring sure feels like a sultry summer day.

Wednesday’s forecast is for a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 28 C that’s expected to feel like 30 with the humidity and a UV index of 9 or very high. There’s a 30 per cent chance of afternoon or evening showers and the risk of a thunderstorm, Environment Canada predicts.

Thursday looks like sunny skies and a pleasant high of 22 C with a brisk low of 11 C.

Pure sunshine is expected for Friday with a high of 29 C and low of 16 C.

Saturday’s forecast is a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 22 C and a low of 16 C and 40 per cent chance of showers overnight.

Sunday looks cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers during the day and 30 per cent overnight, high of 22 C and low of 13 C.

Mixed skies and highs of 25 C and 28 C are forecast for Monday and Tuesday.
