Mayor Jim Watson and Alta Vista Councillor Jean Cloutier will launch the 3D Road Markings Pilot Project on Othello Drive, between Wingate Drive and Chapman Boulevard. The mid-block 3D road markings are being piloted as a temporary traffic calming measure.
