Proposal Coordinator
The Proposal Coordinator will support the Proposals Manager in the development of high quality and winning proposal responses. The Proposals Coordinator will play a key role in performing all tasks associated with the proposal process including: attending and documenting meetings, gathering information from key SMEs, tracking proposals schedules and deliverables and managing all related files and material inventories.

Proposal Coordinator
The Proposal Coordinator will support the Proposals Manager in the development of high quality and winning proposal responses. The Proposals Coordinator will play a key role in performing all tasks associated with the proposal process including: attending and documenting meetings, gathering information from key SMEs, tracking proposals schedules and deliverables and managing all related files and material inventories.
Your Challenge:
- Contribute to the proposal process from receipt of an RFP, though to post-submission negotiation
- Review and understand proposal requirements and assist in preparing a proposal plan to facilitate the proposal process
- Coordinate and communicate the proposal plan to ensure a complete, compliant and timely bid response
- Schedule and facilitate bid response meetings, generate meeting agendas, minutes and status reports
- Coordinate the assignment, collection and organization of proposal content into cohesive, graphics intensive documents
- Full and final organization and production of RFP content
- Complete document formatting, editing and quality assurance
- Undertake document printing, binding and delivery of proposal responses
- Manage and add to the content library by compiling and updating proposal content
- Develop and maintain proposal templates and standards for proposals
- Assist with all aspects of the proposal process as required by the Proposal Manager
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar discipline
- 2-3+ years’ of related experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet urgent deadlines
- Detail orientated and strong proofing, formatting and editing skills
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-up through and problem solving skills
- Flexible to change and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
