这些天来,半夜或凌晨总有人大电话近来说一些不着边际的话,说话者英语纯正,找各种借口大电话.我估计是骚扰电话,对这样的事或该怎么处理? 大家有这样的经历吗?

just pick up phone, than keep silent, he/she will hung up soon. They may think you set up kind of ID recall with somewhere.

There is a game for the drunk in North America. After several rounds of drinks, people get very loose. One of the games is to call people randomly.

Obviously, the person who answers the phone would feel very confused. A natural response is to think if he or she has such a friend. Thus, funny for the drunks. Annoying? yes, very much so! Crime? Hardly.

Just ignore the calls and sleep well. There are lots of nuts out there.

If your number is newly installed, maybe the calls are for previous owner of the number. Just ignore it. Turn off the phone, install caller ID, or just say "you've got the wrong number" and hang up. If they ask what is your number, don't answer. Ask them instead, "what number you are trying to reach".
