[问题] Citizenship App

I sent out my application for citizenship at the end of July, but haven't received any feedback from citizenship office yet, anybody expereniced same problem or knows how to contact them, I called 1-888-242-2100 tens of times, it's always busy.

To clarify that I'm not waiting for test notification, I'm waiting for the confirmation letter, otherwiase I worried about if my application was lost on the way.

如果不要你做指纹测试，下一封信会通知你笔试，笔试过了，就等着宣誓吧。时间长短可不好说。

It means your files were Ok, processing fee received, file transfered from Nova Scotia to your local office for further processing. Local office will be responsible for remaining processings. If you are not asked for fingerprint, you will be in queue for testing.

听一位过来人说, 曾经打听过为什么渥太华处理速度这么慢, CIC答复他说可能是因为这里入籍的人少, 凑不够考试和宣誓的人数, 所以会有不少人很早就交了申请, 但是总等不到考试, 同时却有人交了没有多久就该考试了. 而多伦多申请的人很多, 很容易凑够人.
