Position Title: Marketing Assistant
# of hiring: 1
Pay: $14-$16/h + Commission
Term of Employment: 6 months renewable Term (Full time)
Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada
Responsibilities:
o Work closely with the marketing director for daily business and marketing operation.
o Assist in developing North American (US/Canada/Mexico) markets and customers.
o Assist in development and management of customer communication and correspondence regarding sales, customer care and post-sale service.
o Operate and maintain e-platform and social media
o Manage and coordinate merchandise, logistic and supplies between company suppliers/factories, partners and client in North America.
o Assist company leadership in managing scheduling/travel arrangement/client appointment
o Manage phone call and correspondence
Qualifications:
· Completion of college or higher, or undertaking university degree
· Strong English communication skill – both oral and written; Mandarin, French is an asset
· Excellent communication, organizational, quick learning, and collaboration skills
· Experience in operating e-platform and other social media for advertising marketing
· Some sales or relevant customer service experience is an asset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications and Internet Applications.
· Capacity to work independently
· Ability to constantly improve and optimize
· The candidate should possess Canada legal work permit
We offer new hire internal training relevant to marketing and sale business. The hired employee may also be required to take business trip with the director of marketing if necessary.
