This free family friendly event offers entertainment for everyone. Come enjoy a skating show, sleigh rides, talent show, face-painting, games, bouncy castle and to top it all off, an unforgettable fireworks show at 10 pm.
8th Annual New Year’s Eve Comedy Night
Shenkman Arts Centre
9 pm
Gilson Lubin, Andrew Chapman and Nour Hadidi make up this year’s triple-bill, and they have some side-splitting material in store for the celebration.
Hogman-eh!
Aberdeen Pavilion, Lansdowne
5 pm to midnight
Ring in the New Year at a free family-friendly celebration. Hogman-eh! features some of the greatest in Scottish musical entertainment, food and drink, a Scotch tasting bar, Highland and Scottish dancing, children’s activities. A Scottish New Year countdown (7 pm in Ottawa) for the wee ones, and fireworks at midnight.
