Queen Elizabeth Driveway will remain open at the following locations to accommodate local traffic during the Winterlude festival.
Additional traffic congestion and parking restrictions will be in effect in the Byward Market during the Winterlude festival. Parking restrictions during Winterlude weekends are the following:

- Elgin Street: Elgin Street remains closed to traffic between Somerset and Catherine streets for the Elgin Street Renewal project. There are additional traffic impacts on Elgin Street:
- One southbound lane remains open along Elgin Street from Laurier Avenue to Somerset Street.
- The northbound lane on Elgin Street is closed from Somerset Street to Nepean Street.
- The exit from the City Hall parking garage to Elgin Street remains open, with northbound access to Elgin Street.
- Vehicles can access Elgin Street as usual from Nepean Street.
As construction progresses, Elgin Street will close fully to traffic between Laurier Avenue and Catherine Street. Visit ottawa.ca/elginstreet for up-to-date information.
- Slater Street: Slater Street at Kent Street continues to be reduced by one lane for approximately 140 meters for construction of the Combined Sewage Storage Tunnel. The lane reduction is expected to be approximately 6 months. The dedicated bus lane on Slater Street will remain open. Pedestrian access and access to businesses will also be maintained.

- Friday February 8 between 10 pm and 11 pm
- Saturday, February 9 between 10 pm and 11 pm
- Vimy Place between Booth Street and Wellington Street
- Sunday, February 17 between 7:45 am and 8:45 am
- Westbound lanes of Sir John A Macdonald Parkway
- Sunday, February 17 between 6 am and 2:30 pm
- Queen Elizabeth Driveway between Preston Street and Somerset Street
- Saturday, February 2, 9 and 16 between 9:30 am to 8:30 pm

- York Street, South side, between Williams Street and Dalhousie Street
- York Street, North side, West of Dalhousie Street
- ByWard Market Square, West side, South of York Street
