想申请母亲过来，但没有税单，怎么办？我们都有工作，但是打工的。

<HTML>你工作的时间长短没有太大问题，但是要求钱够多，足够证明你能支付你母亲来访的费用，但是也有即使这边有钱，也被据签的情况。主要还是要证明你母亲来了之后一定会回去，比如在国内有稳定的收入银行有存款有房子，最好是有一万加币的存款(等值人民币也行)，然后申请自担保。至于送小孩子来，并不是理由。我有个朋友的母亲送一个Canadian的小孩子来，而且她母亲以前还来过一次，都被据签，因为她是独女，她母亲又已经退休了。
具体要求，觉得北京的网站上的介绍已经很详细了，如果还想知道更具体的，drop me a e-mail jane@comefromchina.com，我有一套今年4月份的申请表可以参考。</HTML>

<HTML>the lawyer will prepare the document for you. you need to provide passport, lading paper, stuff like that. just call an immigration lawyer and she will tell you what she needs (this first call is usually free). the statement jsut says you promise your mother will go back to china after that visit. good luck.</HTML>
