The City will provide information for Members of Council on transportation planning and traffic services, followed by a tour of the Traffic Control Operations Centre.
Date: Monday, February 25, 2019
Time: 1 to 4:30 pm
Location: Colonel By Room, Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West and Traffic Operations Control Centre, 175 Loretta Avenue
Media wishing to participate are invited to register by calling the City’s media relations line at 613-580-2450. The presentation will be given in the Colonel By Room at City Hall. Immediately after the presentation, participants will board a bus to travel to the Traffic Control Operations Centre at 175 Loretta Avenue for a tour. Participants should come to the presentation dressed according to the weather in order to be ready to proceed directly from the presentation to the bus. The bus will depart from the Traffic Operations Control Centre to return to City Hall at approximately 4:30 pm.
