For most VIVO video card, they are software decoding, so they are very slow if you use it for video capture.
MSI TV@ANYWHERE is really nice which supports realtime hardware decoding, and the softwares come with it are very good (much better than the ATI stuff, however, I am using ATI TV Wonder Pro now with the MSI softwares).
If you want to use ATI TV Wonder, make sure to get the Pro version. The VE version of it is no good. MSI TV@Anywhere is good in performance but bad in hardware quality, I have returned 2 of them due to hardware problem.
Zoltrix is not bad if you use it to watch TV on computer, but it doesn't support hardware decoding, which means it is slow and you need a very powerful CPU.
