虚心请教：我的PayPal是连着加元银行卡的，用它到美元标价的网站买东西，是怎样操作的呢？是PayPal帮我换算成加元，还是银行卡那里帮我换算成加元的呢？

Where can I find PayPal's currency exchange rates?

信用卡一般加2.5%，有的不加，有的虽然加2.5%，但有更多返点（如rogers那个，外币消费返点4%）。Paypal有点复杂，有的情况加2.5%，有的情况加3%。所以，直接把外币charge到信用卡不会更差。我从没有碰到过paypal更合算的情况。
