The Chief of National Council of Overseas Residents is visiting in Ottawa. To collect suggestions from Overseas Residents, there will be a meeting with the Ottawa Chinese Community. We will hae a representative to attend the dialogue on behalf of OACCUA. If you have any comments and suggestions, please forward them to me.
In addition, to welcome The Chief's visit, there will be a reception, organized by the Embassy and hosted by the Ottawa Chinese groups, on Monday 3 Nov. 2003. We encourage our alumni to be present at the reception. There will be a fee for the dinner. If you are coming, please let me know by 3:30 pm today (24 Oct. 2003).
