Want air miles, choose CIBC Aeroplan, it is more practical compared with TD travel gold card and Royal Avion. Apply on line: www.CIBC.ca, annual fee is 120;
If you want annual fee free credit card with higher than 1000 credit limit, you will forego accumulated points program, since it is free and provides you with some other perks (i.e. discount on car rentals).
If you are a student, apply a TD or Royal student credit card, which give you accumulated points program, you may end up with a gift certificate of $20 at the year end (if you accumulated more than 2500 points).
Finally, apply on line, TD, Royal or CIBC etc. It is faster and may let you avoid the hassal of being questioned about your credit history in North America.:smokin:
