求助：地毯清洗大概怎么计价，房客搬家必须给房东清洗地毯吗？

我和几个同学圣诞节前毕业回国，我们好心提前两个多月告诉了房东（一个意大利的葛朗台），但没想到他过了半个月（离我们搬家还有一个半月）带着要租的新房客来看房，并找毛病，不仅让我们走前给整个HOUSE全部打扫干净，更要求我们必须走前花钱找地毯清洗公司来给洗地毯。请问我们必须这样做吗？他说是加拿大的法律。

另外房子里一直就有老鼠，杀也杀不净，我们要求无数次了也解决不了，我们不知加拿大的规矩，这件事，房东有责任吗。

好像不用吧，像我们租MINTO的房子，如果搬走，提前和他说就行，如果房间有损坏，只是从押金里面扣，不用自己弄。。。

你要是想退回押金的话，就得清理干净，否则这些帐单都会从你的押金里扣除。
如果不够，他们还可以向你追讨，当然你回国，他们就没法追了。
其实这些都要房客自己打扫的，我们在搬之前，就把冰箱，地板拖了拖，
干净是没有准则的嘛，所以象征性的做一做就行了，不要让下一个房客一进来就觉得很脏，他们不去房东那投诉就可以了，地毯找个洗尘器吸吸，冰箱，炉子什么的就得擦擦，也就得了。

从apartment搬出之前，我花了很大的精力打扫卫生。尤其是厨房和卫生间，用了整整一个晚上。听朋友说，有租客因为没有清扫，被房东罚钱的例子。

至于地毯，我是自己清洗的，没有请地毯清洗公司。Wal-Mart有卖专门的清洗用品的。象喷雾剂，按照罐子上的说明操作即可。有很多种，我用的那种，喷在污迹上，干了以后用吸尘器吸干净就可以了。对付一般污迹，这样做就可以了。更严重的，参看罐子上的说明，还挺管用的。

搬离房子之前，我觉得还是应该把房间的卫生打扫干净，这样对自己的信誉也有好处。谁知道将来你会不会再来加拿大。

得看你和房东的合同了。我搬走之前，公寓管理员给了我们一张单子，列出了要处理的事，清洁房屋就是其中一项。如果你当初租房子的时候没有和房东谈好，...
