<HTML>Canadian Tire, if you have credit card, you don't need pay one cent when you borrow it. if you don't have credit card, you need pay all amount of the tool when you borrow it, they will give you some Canadian Tire money, keep it and return the tool and money together, you can get all your money back. I did it once by debit card last year, which make me feel like cash back.
