I had a very bad living experience when I lived at 169 Lees Avenue and 171 Lees Avenue. There are a few things that I want to say. First of all, you will hear constant renovation noisy every day 7:00 AM in the morning or lunch break in the afternoon and they do not give a f*ck whether you are asleep or not. I work late some times and have to finish my school work, and I complained about the noise. The manager said to me, it is legal by law. I got sleep deprivation when I lived there. Second, the employees there has zero customer service. If they dislike you, they are going to give you a hard time. My gut tells me that they start drilling 7:00 am the morning intentionally. Normal people would not do that and only sick people or people have mental problems. Because they think that they are working and all the people living in this building should be awake. Third, privacy is a big concern. There must be video surveillance inside of your unit, and they are monitoring you all the times. If you want your privacy, then choose a different property to live. A property that appreciates your business and hears your voice.
They will lie to you they have no units available but in fact, they do have. They just want to send a false message that this building is very demanding and come and rent the place quickly.
I do not recommend living in 171 and 169 Lees Avenue ( same company), and please choose Paramount Apartments, Minto, Homestead, CLV Group, Sleepwell management.
