Volunteers have been the backbone of City’s efforts to respond to flooding. As the situation continues to evolve, the City is temporarily redirecting volunteers to the West Carleton-March communities to concentrate efforts.
Volunteers are asked to check in as follows:
Date: Thursday, May 2
Time: 9 am to 7 pm
Location: Dunrobin Community Centre at 1151 Thomas A. Dolan Parkway. A shuttle will transport volunteers between the community centre and the affected areas in West Carleton-March.
There will be no volunteer check-in at the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum, 2940 Old Montreal Road or the Ron Kolbus Centre, 102 Greenview Avenue (upper parking lot) on Thursday, May 2, 2019.
Stay connected with us through Facebook, Twitter and ottawa.ca for the latest updates.
