- Price of the rent
(all inclusive) big Master Bedroom with full-length window: $600 per month include: queen bed, pillow, clothes hangers, dresser, bed sheets, computer desk, and chair.
Second Principal Bedroom $500 monthly include a single bed, pillow, clothes hangers, dresser, bed sheets, computer desk, and chair.
One Parking spot available $80 dollars for rent if you have a car.
-Terms and Conditions:
Pre-requisites - Criminal/ Credit Background check required. Month to month basis, no lease required. One month rent deposit required. The deposit will be returned if there’s one month notice before moving out and no damage to the house. No smoking, drugs or parties in the house, no guests staying overnight. 3 person Max living in the condo.
Inclusions,
kitchen (fully equipped), - Each bedroom has a lock. Open air pool in the summer, Washroom.and full bathroom, and all appliances including fridge, laundry (washer & dryer), etc...The living room has already converted like a small library, I myself like to study for personal development, you are most welcomed to study or read in the living room where there are plenty of plants and flowers. You can also study in your own room, all fully equipped with a nice computer desk and chair. Unlimited high-speed internet wifi.
Landlord (me) lives in the room facing east.
