从网络上购买东西需要交纳税吗？

如果在别的省的网站上买电脑，那按照哪个省的税计算呢？

I have bought some parts from http://auction4it.com, everything is the same except that
they charge you shipping and handling fee. My feeling is that it is not so much cheap
than general shopping, and it has the following disadvantages:

1) The risk of losing money for exposing you Visa card number.
2) The merchandise can not be returned back for refund.
3) Once the product has a problem, you will go into trouble
4) The warranty is very short.
