The Canadian Forces Snowbirds squadron will set a blistering pace for 10K pace bunnies and runners on Saturday. A few minutes before the gun goes off to signal the start of the 10K race, the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, 431 Air Demonstration Squadron, will perform a fly-past.
Nine Tudor jets will fly over the starting chute on Elgin Street near Laurier Avenue. The jets will fly from north to south at approximately 6:25 pm.
Residents in the area can expect a brief but loud noise as the jets fly overhead.
