A Canadian Forces CT-155 Hawk jet will perform a fly-past before the start of the 10K race on Saturday.
The fly-past will happen at 6:25 pm over Colonel By Drive fly back over City Hall and Parliament Hill and then head back to the Ottawa International Airport.
Please note that the Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds are not doing a fly-past as previously announced.
Residents in the area can expect a brief but loud noise as the jet passes overhead.
