When “house flippers” Connie and Allan McIntosh found it hard to find buyers for the $1.1-million Colonial home they renovated in a quiet Alta Vista neighbourhood, they came up with the contest as a novel way to find new owners.
“It’s going to be very interesting to see what people write to us,” Connie McIntosh said while giving this newspaper a tour of the property.
