The house is located at 890 Cahill Drive West, close to Hunt Club Road. It is very convenient to go to school（Carleton University and University of Ottawa) and go shopping. It takes you only 3 minutes to walk to #87, #92, and #97 bus stops. It also takes you 3 minutes to get to South Keys Centre and 5 minutes to get to TNT supermarket by bus. The tenant has to be a female non-smoker.
You will share bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with the landlord. Included with rent:
