City to hold technical briefing on green bin market research

In advance of the special meeting of the Standing Committee on Environmental Protection, Water and Waste Management scheduled on Tuesday, June 25, Councillor Scott Moffatt, Chair of the Committee, will hold a technical briefing. At the briefing, Hill & Knowlton Strategies will highlight their market research results regarding the green bin – including the identified barriers preventing some residents from adopting its use.
