Waterton street belong to W.O.Micheal public school area. Many people told me that is the best public school in Kanata area and provide up to grade 8.

18.4 THAT a new JK-6 ENG/EFI 'Bridlewood South Elementary School' (450 pupil places) be constructed to open September 2005 with the following redirections:
a) Redirect Grade JK-6 ENG program students residing north of Hope Side Road, east of Eagleson Road/Bridgestone Drive, south of Stonehaven Drive/Ontario Hydro Power Corridor and west of Richmond Road from the Bridlewood Community E.S. attendance area to the new 'Bridlewood South Elementary School';
b) Redirect Grade JK-8 ENG program students residing north of Stonehaven Drive, east of Eagleson Road and west of the hydro corridor from the W.O. Mitchell E.S. attendance area to Bridlewood Community E.S.;
c) Begin to phase-in an EFI program into the new 'Bridlewood South Elementary School' commencing with SK in 2005. The new EFI boundary will encompass the area north of Hope Side Road, east of Eagleson Road, south of Stonehaven Drive/Ontario Hydro Power Corridor and west of Richmond Road.
d) Provide a one-time option for the Grade 7 ENG students residing north of Stonehaven Drive, east of Eagleson Road and west of the hydro corridor enrolled at W.O. Mitchell E.S. in 2004/2005 to remain at W.O. Mitchell E.S. or attend Bridlewood Community E.S. for 2005/2006.

看来2005年秋季以后,现在属于W.O. Mitchell E.S. 范围内的生源要转到Bridlewood Community E.S.

My understanding is it will not affect the students live in Waterton to go W.O.Michell ES? Am I correct?

Only the students of Early French Immersion in W. O. Mitchell can stay there.

The recommendation for the new 'Bridlewood South Elementary School'
Construction outlined in report no. 03-016 Student Accommodation: 2004
and Beyond (page VOL.3-233) is as follows:

a) Construct a new JK-6 ENG/EFI 'Bridlewood South Elementary School' (450
pupil places) to open September 2005;
b) Redirect JK-6 ENG program students residing north of Hope Side Road,
east of Eagleson Road/Bridgestone Drive, south of Stonehaven Drive/Ontario
Hydro Power Corridor and west of Richmond Road from Bridlewood Community
E.S.' attendance area to the new 'Bridlewood South Elementary School';
c) Redirect JK-8 ENG program students residing north of Stonehaven Drive,
east of Eagleson Road, south of Trans-Canada Trail and west of the hydro
corridor from W.O. Mitchell E.S.' attendance area to Bridlewood Community
E.S.;
d) Begin to phase-in an EFI program into the new 'Bridlewood Elementary
School' commencing with SK in 2005. The new EFI boundary will encompass
the area north of Hope Side Road, east of Eagleson Road, south of
Stonehaven Drive/Ontario Hydro Power Corridor and west of Richmond Road.
e) Provide a 'one-time' option for the Grade 7 ENG students residing north
of Stonehaven Drive, east of Eagleson Road, south of Trans-Canada Trail
and west of the hydro corridor enrolled at W.O. Mitchell E.S. in 2004/2005
to remain at W.O. Mitchell E.S. or attend Bridlewood Community E.S. for
2005/2006.

recommended impact to John Young E.S.

There are two different hydro corridors referred in the recommendation
noted above.

Section b)
The Ontario Hydro Power Corridor referred to in this section generally
runs east/west and is basically located south of Stableway/Saddlehorn and
north of Bridlewood Community School. Reference the Recommended Attendance
Boundary Maps (Appendix 3 VOL.3-265 & VOL.3-266) in combination with the
boundary descriptions noted above.

Section c)
The hydro corridor referred to in this section generally runs north/south
and is basically located between Speers/Clysdale and Springwater/Sauble.
