I assume he does believe that he can ‘win’ the trade war. His goals are straightforward. He wants China to replace US technology where possible, with an economy that is still growing this is a practical goal. US goals are more complex, for example they want China to stop ‘stealing’ US technology but what is meant by stealing isn’t really clear. The US strategy isn’t at all clear. There is no plan to bring jobs back to the US and there is no plan to counter Chinese tariffs on US exports.

If Trump hadn’t so quickly dismissed all of Obama’s trade efforts, Trump might have had a framework to move forward.

So, China has understandable goals and if you look at those goals as guidelines not something set in stone, they are achievable.

知乎如果批评中共的话，会被删帖甚至封号，所以知乎大部分都是对中共的赞美，因为反共的意见都被删掉了。

quora需要实名制，但是反共的人很多都不敢实名，如果大摇大摆的反共，肯定会被喝茶的。
华人不敢明目张胆的反共，但却可以明目张胆的亲共。
即使是拿了外籍的华人，也是需要回国的，如果大摇大摆的反共，中国使馆会拒绝给你发中国签证，就无法回中国探亲了。
这也就是为什么quora上亲共华人要比反共华人多得多的原因。

你要说知乎，我相信；但是对于quora，我想说，你真的是想多了。更何况，里面很多帖子都是老外回的，根本不是中国人。

老外也很简单，会研究中国的老外都需要去中国，如果在网上经常骂共产党，中国使领馆就不给签证了，就去不了中国了。
当然加拿大是言论自由的社会，所以怎么想的老外都有，拥护共产党的老外有一些也正常。

自己的想法总是言之有物一些。
但是很遗憾，网上充斥的是谣言扯淡。想看真正的想法得淘，还经常淘不到。

咱大外宣一年几千亿花出去，怎么也得收获几个赞吧。按照王毅外长的思路，这几个亲共外吊，你们去过中国吗，你们看的懂中文吗，你知道律师维权吗，听过老兵上访吗？知道维稳经费多少吗，知道新疆人免费上技校吗，简直对中国充满无知与偏见。

quora确实明确要求实名制，这也就是为什么我不玩quora的原因。

网站要生存，靠注册用户数，靠点击率。 实名制，根本做不到.
