帮住了三年的住家转房。租住期间体验很好。
位置在Gatineau最大的 Les Promenades Mall 以及Costco很近的位置。 全装修半地下室，拎包入住，除了不包吃其他一切用品和家具、设备水电网暖气全包。一共两个房间， 大房间480$ 小房间450$. 底层独立厨房卫生间。
平常有时会帮房东做些打扫庭院之类的杂事 他会按时间付你钱。 唯一稍有不便的是停车，详见介绍。房东两夫妇退休前是政府雇员，很热心，如希望练习英语法语，他们可提供一定的协助。冬天以及大部分夏天周末，房东会去别处度假不住这里，但会有人协助打理房子。

• 40 minutes door-to-door by bus to the Rideau Centre (University of Ottawa).
• Free street parking May to November and $85 city permit for the winter street parking (a season permit which is equal to $20 per month)
• 2 bedrooms for rent to 2 male students located in the basement of our home.
• To share a large common study/living room, kitchen/laundry room and bathroom.
• Also includes unlimited high-speed wireless internet, 40" SMART TV, electricity, linens, dishes, and cookware and sundries such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
• Close to 3 grocery stores, 2 corner stores and large shopping center, sports center, library, cultural center and hospital.
• Sorry no alcohol and no smoking indoors, home party no later than 10.pm
