- A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate certain lands at Watercolours Way, Merak Way, Aphelion Crescent and Umbra Place on Plan 4M-1635, as being exempt from Part Lot Control
- A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate certain lands at Brassy Minnow Crescent and Pumpkinseed Crescent on Plan 4M-1585, as being exempt from Part Lot Control
