Product Genius / Delivery Specialist:
Responsibilities will include:
- Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features
- Conducting the needs analysis together with the client
- Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation
- Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function).
- Long distant delivery (IE, Toronto delivery, Montreal delivery)
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Superior client relations skills
- Self-motivated with an outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in retail strongly preferred, but not required
Working Relationship: Reports to the Sales and Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight into the BMW Products. Promote the unique technical points of BMW products and the associated client benefits. Offer exceptional customer service through informative discussion and presentation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeping abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and clients as required.
Providing customers with specification information about all BMW/MINI products.
Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
Offering insight into BMW products to clients as part of the sales conversations with Client Advisors.
Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and discussing product information and facts.
Guiding clients to the Client Advisor when interest in product purchase is expressed.
Competencies:
Communicates openly, eloquently and in a friendly way by using different communication methods and puts people at ease.
Identifies with and acts for BMW culture, brand, lifestyle, and values
French is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time.
