<HTML>I'm just laid off recently. I worked in optical telecomunication before the lay off. I sent tons of resume, but no positive response. I'm thinking about to learn something. I also did some programming work before. So I think to learn some Java or whatever. What do you think the job market. I know there are a lot of "lay off" already there, but I cannot stay home and do nothing.
Or just buy a small grocery store for the rest of my life.
I cannot go back to our home country, because my kid's Chinese is so poor.

If you want to get into a good school, you need to have GPA at least 3.8 (92-95 out of 100), and toefl 640. For GRE, Chinese students today have scores around 2200, GMAT around 720. I am talking about Canadian universities. I got my master degree in an American university, with 660 GMAT, and 3.5 GPA, but I couldn't get into any top 50 American Ph.D program, so I have to come to Canadian university.</HTML>
