in the news, after 12.31 2003, a "Permanent Resident Card" is needed when entering Canadian border. my question is "do we international students need this card if we went back home and want come again after 2003 12.31?" or the card is just needed by the immigrants...

 

[Attitude]

As for our international students, we don't need that card when entering canada customs. However, we still need a valid Visa as before.
