Most of times, the job fair doesn't help. You just wait in the
queue for 30 minutes and hand in your resume. You won't have much
chance to talk to someone in charge. Cause the line is so long,
you probably only have 30 seconds to talk. Then you change to another
queue. That's all.
I suggest you get a list of the companies, then send resume to them.
No use to go there in person. Of course if you happen to have the
unique skills they seaking for, you may have chance to talk longer.
