The following cancellations have been announced:

  • All City libraries, recreation and culture facilities – except for the nine facilities hosting provincial by-election voting stations – will be closed tomorrow morning. Programming and rentals at all facilities are cancelled. Facilities and libraries will reopen and resume regular programming at noon.
  • Important note: These following facilities will remain open to accommodate the provincial by-election voting stations, but all programming and rentals will be cancelled until noon:
    • François Dupuis Recreation Centre
    • Blackburn Hamlet Community Hall
    • Carlsbad Springs Community Centre
    • Richelieu- Vanier Community Centre
    • Routhier Community Centre
    • Overbrook Community Centre
    • Sandy Hill Community Centre
    • St-Laurent Recreation Complex
    • Lowertown Pool (Patro)
    • Rockcliffe Park Centre
  • The Planning Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday February 27 at 9:30 am has been cancelled due to weather. The Chair has directed that all items listed on the February 27, Planning Committee agenda be considered at the next Planning Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 26, with the exception of Item 1, Report ACS2020-PIE-RHU-0005, which was considered by the Built Heritage Subcommittee at its meeting on February 11.
  • The North Gower Client Service Centre will be closed on Thursday February 27. All other client service centres remain open.
