这个应该是类似数理计算模型和流行病方面的理论没搞清楚没很好结合所出现的预测误差。很多专业方面的预测什么的，需要几个专业都精通才能比较好，比如牵涉到数学，生物，化学，计算机，医疗卫生等等，但是基本没这样的人，比如有时你们搞计算机的给一个计算软件让别人用（不是说你们搞计算机的没文化哈），但你们不懂这个专业的话，那个软件基本是骗人的，没法准确。
