A special meeting of City Council has been called for Monday, March 9. The meeting will convene at the later of 1:30 pm or 15 minutes after the regular Finance and Economic Development Committee meeting ends. Council will go in camera to receive an update on the legal issues and options for the O-Train Confederation Line.
The special meeting of the Finance and Economic Development Committee, previously scheduled to begin one hour after the end of the regular Finance and Economic Development Committee meeting, will now begin 30 minutes after the special Council meeting ends. The Committee will receive an update on construction of Stage 2 of light-rail transit, discuss the procurement documents for the extension of the Trillium Line and consider the scope of work for staff to develop a lessons learned report about the procurement of Stage 2.
There are no changes to the regular meeting of the Finance and Economic Development Committee at 9 am.
All three meetings will be in Andrew S. Haydon Hall.
