Wanna install keyless entry and stater combo

I found a guy in Toronto who can help me to install the keyless entry and auto starter for $250CDN(incl. installation and taxes). Do you guys think it's a good deal? the photo is like this,

Try Featureshop. They sell and install for you. Might be cheaper there but not sure...
