Flags at City Hall flown at half-mast to honour victims of tragic shooting in Nova Scotia

Flags at Ottawa City Hall have been lowered to half-mast until sunset on Tuesday, April 21 to honour the victims, including one RCMP constable, who lost their lives in the tragic shooting in Nova Scotia. The shooting, which began overnight on Saturday, April 18 and ended in the afternoon of Sunday, April 19, is one of the worst mass killings in Canadian history.
