it's depending on what you want to do, rather than what you can do. i know some master program in some canadian universities doesn't require GRE score or require a relatively low GRE score. but those are probably not good programs. if you want to have a good future, you have to put more effort. there is really not short cut.
probably going back to china is better at this moment.
