第二次办WORK PERMIT要经过HRDC吗?

我三个月前办了WORK PERMIT, 现在我又找到另一份工作了. 想转到那个公司去. 因为我是刚毕业的学生. 我第一个WORK PERMIT是不用通过HRDC的. 那我现在三个月只后再办的WORK PERMIT需要通过HRDC吗?

我听说是一年之后如果再办WORK PERMIT才要经过HRDC审核.

有人可以帮我吗? 感激大家!!

yes, you need to apply through HRDC if your job positions is not like a Co-op placement or internship.

I don't think you will need a confirmation letter from the HRDC as long as your are in your first working year. But your work permit must states that you can only work for the employee that you applied under. If you are going to change employeer, you might have to check with the Immigration Office. Good Luck

对不起, 这句话是什么意思呀? 我不是很明白.. 我知道CHANGE ANOTHER COMPANY的话要换另一个WORK PERMIT.. 所以我才发这个贴子的呀..

你的意思是只要是刚毕业的学生,第一个WORK PERMIT的申请只要有OFFER就行了?
